Open Faced Tuna Melts.

Ingredients :
1 ( 12 ounce) can Chunk Light Tuna in Water,drained.
3 tbsp light mayonaise.
1 tbsp chopped dill pickles.
1 tbsp minced onion,optional.
1/2 tsp garlic powder.
3 whole English muffins, halved.
6 slices American cheese.

Directions :
1. In medium bowl, combine tuna,mayonaise,pickles, onion and garlic
powder, salt and pepper to taste.
2. Place English Muffin in toaster, toast to derised doneness. Remove
from toaster and place on baking sheet.
3. Divide tuna omang muffin halves. Top with cheese slices. Place under
broiler in oven (about4-inches from broiler). Broil until cheese
is melted and slightly browned (about 3-4 minutes).
