JEMPUT-JEMPUT PISANG


Ingredients :
* 250 -300 gr mashed banana.
* 1/4 tsp salt.
* 1 tsp vanila.
* 3 tbsp sugar.
* 145 gr plain flour.
* 3 tbsp rice flour.
*3/4 tsp baking powder.
Corn oil for frying.
METHOD :
1. Mix all the ingredients together till well blended.
2. Heat up wok with some cooking oil.
3. Spoon batter with 2 wet spoon to form a ball shape and fry till crispy and golden brown.
