Strawberry & Peach Chocolate Cake


Ini Kue permintaan Victor, waktu buat kue untuk pesanan Aling dan temannya Victor.
Dia bilang mami kita punya Cake ngak, aku mau cake.Oh, mami ngak buat untuk kita.
mami kira kamu ngak mau,.
       Nanti kalau mami ada pesanan lagi mami buat untuk kita . Beberapa minggu kemudian 
ada pesanan dari temannya, lalu buat sekalian 3 loyang, dua untuk pesanan dan satunya untuk 
dirumah. 
       Nah inilah cake yang untuk dirumah ,cakenya chocolate cake dua lapis, dilapis dng whippen cream
diberi hiasan buah strawberry, peach dan ditengahnya diberi coklat curl.
          Cake sangat lembut dan moist.

TIRAMISU CAKE

Tiramusi Cake for David Birthday.
Ini pesananLumayan sekalian buat latihan Aling yang ke 4, untuk temannya dan dia sendiri. Dia pesan Black Forest dan Tiramisu
Luyaman sekalian buat latihan..

Tortellina Cheese pasta

Tortelline cheese dimakan bersama chicken cacciatore. Sebetulnya pakainya pasta egg noodle.
Tapi karena ngak punya jadi pakai totelline aja karena saya hanya punya ini. Tapi enak juga tuh.

Chicken Cacciatore


Ingredients :
- 1 tbps olive oil, divided.
- 4 boneless skinless chicken thighs.(I use the chicken breast)
 Sea salt and freshly cracked pepper, to taste.
Garlic powder, to taste.
Dried basil, to taste.
-1 1/2 cup of orange, yellow and red baby bell pepper, sliced.
- 1 small sweet yellow onion, diced.
-1/2 tsp dried basil.
-8 oz buttom mushrooms, quartered.
-4 cloves of garlic, minced,
-1 1/3 cup of marinara sauce.
-2 tbps parmesan cheese.
DIRECTIONS :
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
* Heat 1/2 tbps of olive oil in a large oven proof skilled or dutch oven over medium high heat.
   Season each side of the chicken thighs with sea salt, freshly cracked pepper, garlic powder
   and  dried basil, to taste. Cook one side of the chicken thighs for 4 minutes, then flip the chicken
   and cook for 1-2 minutes. Remove the chicken from the skillet and place on a plate.
* Add the other 1/2 tbps of olive oil the skilled then add the pepper and onions, cook.
 stirring often for 3 minutes then add the mushrooms, continue cooking, stirring often, for 6 minutes.
  Add the minced garlic, stirring constantly for 1 minute. Add the marinara sauce,cook for 1 minute.
Add the chicken thighs and their juices back to the oven proof skillet or ducth oven.
Place into the oven and bake for 25 minutes.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle fresh parsley and parmesan cheese on top.

Fried Pork Chop with Curry Rice


Deep Fried Pork Chops;
- Boneless pork chops(get rid of fat, pound the meat).
- Garlic pepper powder.
- Salt.
- 1 egg.
-2 tablespoons milk.
- 2 tablespoons water.
- flour, breadcrumbs, oil for deep frying.
Method :
1. Dust pork chops with garlic pepper powder and salt, set aside for 30 munites..
2.Mix egg, milk and water in a mixing bowl, lightly stir to mix.
3.one by one, dip meat in flour, next coat meat in egg mixture, then transfer to breadcrumbs
    and coat thoroughly.
4.Deep fry breaded meat until golden brown on both side.Drain on paper towels.
Carrot and potato curry :
- 1 small carrot, cubed.
- 1 potato, cubed.
-1 onion, cubed.
- 1 tomato, cubed.
- 2 tablespoons curry powder,
-1 tablespoon light soy sauce.
-3/4 tbps salt to taste.
-1/2 tsp chicken stock powder.
-3 tbps cooking oil.
-2-3 cup water.
-Few drop of tapioca water/cornstarch flour water.
METHOD :
1.Heat oil in a wok, saute onion till aroma.
2.Add in carrot and potato, and add in curry powder stir to combine well.
3.Add in water, cook to boil and simmer till carrot and potato turned soft.
4.Add in tomato, cook for few minutes.
5.Last thicken the curry by adding few spoon of tapioca flour water.
SERVE WITH COOKED RICE, CUCUMBER to garnish, tomato to garnish.

Turkey Picnic Wraps

Ingredients :
-6 Mission Garden Spinach Herb Wraps
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise.
- 2 teaspoons taco seasoning mix.
- 2 ounces Colby Jack cheese, shredded.
- 1/2 pound deli turkey, thinly sliced.
- 1 tomato, thinly sliced.
- 6 leaves green leaf lettuce.
Directions :
- Mix mayonnaise and seasoning.
-mix; speard evenly on each tortilla.Evenly sprinkle cheese, over the mayonnaise spread on
 each tortilla. Layer each tortilla with turkey, tomato and lettuce, leaving about 2 inches at one
 side covered with mayonnaise mixture only.
- Begining at side layered with turkey, roll up each tortilla.
- Cut in half and serve.
