Ingredients :
1 1/4 pound pork tenderloin.
2 tablespoons brown sugar.
2 tablespoon Dijon mustrard.
1 taespoon paprika.
1/2ground ginger.
Preparation :
1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
2. Place pork on a rack in shallow roasting pan.
3.Combine remaining ingredients; spread over the pork tenderloin.
4. Bake 25- 35 minutes, or until meat thermometer reads 160 degrees F.
