Nacho Supreme


What you need !
1 lb extra lean ground beef (hamburger)
1 package taco seasoning mix.
1(16-ounce) can refried bean.
1 large onion, chopped.
2 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese.
Corn tortilla chips.
1 head lettuce, chopped.
1 avocado slices or guacamole.
sour cream.
2 medium tomatoes, chopped.
Taco sauce or tomato salsa.

Make It
In a large frying pan over medium high heat, add ground beef and taco seasoning
mix, saute until brown. Remove from heat and drain off any fat.
On individual serving platter or a large oven proof platter, arrange corn tortilla
chips, spread refried bean, ground beef, onion and cheddar cheese.
In a microwave or oven heat just until cheese melts. Remove from oven.
To serve top with lettuce and topping of your choice such as avocado slices,
or guacamole, sour cream, tomatoes, salsa or taco sauce.

Sunday Brunch Bake


What You Need :
12 large eggs.
1/3 cup Breakstone 'S or Knudsen Sour Cream.
1 lb. pork sausage.
1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms.
1 onion, chopped.
2 tomatoes, chopped.
1 pkg. (8 oz.) Kraft Finely Shredded Triple Cheddar Cheese.

Make It !
Heat oven 400 deg. F.
1. Beat eggs and sour cream with whisk until well blended. Pour into greased
13 x 9 - inch baking dish. Bake 10 min, or until egg mixture is softly set.
Meanwhile, cook sausage, mushrooms and onions in large skillet on
medium heat 6 to 8 min. or until sausage is done,stirring occasionally.
drain.
2. Reduce oven temperature to 325 deg.F. Spoon tomatoes over egg layer,
cover egg layer, cover with sausage mixture and cheese.
3. Bake 30 min. or until center is set.
