Ingredients :
1 pound lean groung beef.
1 medium onion, chopped.
2 jar (24 ounces each) spaghetti sauce.
4 garlic cloves, minced.
1 teaspoon dried basil..
1 teaspoon dried oregano.
1 package (10 ounces) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry.
2 cup ricotta cheese.
2 cup(8 ounces) shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese, divided.
9 no-cook lagsana noodles.
Direction :
1. In large skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink,drain.
Stir in the spaghetti sauce, garlic, basil and oregano. Bring to boil.
2. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 10 minutes. In a large bowl, combine the spinach,
ricotta cheese and 1 cup mozzarella cheese until combined.
3. Spread 1 1/2 cup meat sauce into a greased 13 in. x 9- in, baking dish.Top with three noodles.
Spread 1 1/2 cup sauce to edges of noodles. Top with half of spinach mixture.Repeat layers.
4.Top with remaining noodles, sauce and remaining mozzarella cheese.
5. Cover and bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Uncover, bake 10-15 minutes longer
or until bubbly.
6. Let stand for 10 minutes before cutting..

Sweet Corn Casserole
Ingredients :
* 1 (15 1/4-oz) can whole kernel sweet corn, drained.
* 1 (14 3/4-oz) can creamed corn.
* 1(8-oz) package corn muffin mix (like Jiffy).
* 1 cup sour cream.
* 2 eggs, beat.
* 1 cup Shredded Cheddar cheese.
Direction :
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. In large bowl mix together the corn, eggs, muffin mix, sour cream.
3. Pour into a greased casserole dish. Bake for 45 minutes, or until golden brown.
4. Remove from oven and top with Cheddar.
5. Return to oven 10 more minutes to melt the cheese.
6. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.

Telur Balado
Bahan :
* 10 butir telur, rebus sampai matang.
* 6 buah cabe merah, giling agak kasar.
* 5 buah bawang merah, giling.
* 1 buah tomat , potong-potong.
* 1 sendok teh garam.
* Sedikit gula, kalau suka.
* Minyak goreng untuk menggoreng dan menumis.
Cara Membuat :
1. Panaskan minyak, goreng telur sampai kuning, angkat.
2. Tumis cabe merah dan bawang merah sampai harum, masukkan tomat.
3. Masak sampai tomat masak, beri garam dan gula serta sedikit air.
4. Masukkan telur yang sudah digoreng tadi, aduk rata diamkan sebentar, angkat.

Sambal Hijau
Bahan :
100 gram cabe hijau, potong-potong
2 buah tomat hijau , potong-potong.
6 buah bawang merah.
Air jeruk nipis dari 2 buah jeruk nipis.
1/2 sendok teh garam.
Cara Membuat :
* Cabe hijau direbus setengah matang, lalu digiling kasar.
* Bawang merah digiling kasar.
* Tumis bawang merah, tambahkan tomat, cabe hijau, garam, dan air jeruk nipis..
* Masak sampai matang, boleh ditambah gula sedikit bila suka.
Dendeng Balado
Bahan :
* 500 gr daging bagian paha ( lulur).
* 1 sendok makan perahan air jeruk nipis.
* 15 buah bawang merah,
* 1 buah tomat merah.
* 100 gr cabe merah.
* garam secukupnya.
* minyak goreng untuk menggoreng.
Cara Membuat :
1.Bersihkan daging dari urat-uratnya.Potong daging tipis-tipis lebar menurut arah seratnya.
2. Potongan daging tadi diremas-remas dengan garam dan air jeruk nipis, kemudian jemur
dipanas matahari sampai kering atau setengah kering..
3.Potong-potong dendeng seperti empal kemudian goreng dalam minyak panas. Setelah kering angkat.
4.Haluskan cabe merah, bawang merah, garam dan tomat kasar-kasar. Tumis dengan 3 sendok makan
minyak goreng sampai baunya harum dan setengah kering.Masukkan dendeng goreng dan aduk
sampai rata. Angkat..
Banana Pudding
Ingredients :
* 1 large package banana pudding.
* 3 egg yolks, slightly beaten.
* 3 & 3/4 cups milk.
* 3 egg whites.
* 20 - 30 vanila wafers.
* 2 large sliced bananas.
* 1/4 teaspoon of salt.
* 1/3 of a cup of sugar ( I use 1/4 cup ).
Cook the Banana Pudding :
* To begin, add the pudding mix to a medium sauce pan. Now pour in the egg yolks, followed by
the milk. Stir the mixture well, breaking up any lumps. Be sure to continue stirring.
* Cook the mixture over medium heat until it reaches a gentle boil. Now remove from the heat.
Preheat your oven to 375 degrees. While the pudding is cooling, arrange the wafers in the bottom
of a medium baking dish.Cover this with a layer of the sliced banana slices..
* Now top with a layer of pudding. Continue adding laying of the wafers, bananas, and pudding, until
you fill the dish.
Mix the Banana Pudding Meringue Topping.
- Add the egg whites to a small bowls, now add the salt and stir until the mixture is foamy. Slowly stir
in the sugar.Continue beating until the sugar forms small peaks. Spread the meringue mixture on top
of the pudding.
- Be sure to distribute it evenly, spreading all the way out to the edges.
- PLace the pudding in the oven and bake at 375 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes.
- The top of meringue brown slightly when the dish is ready. This pudding can be served warm from the
oven or chilled. Store in refrigerator.
Turkey Casserole
Ingredients :
* 2 cup cut-up turkey or chicken,
* 2 can cream of chicken soup.
* 1 can mushroom, drained ( 4 ounce can)
* 1 can sliced water chestnuts (optional) ( 8 ounce can).
* 2 packages frozen california blend vegetables ( 16 ounce pkgs).
* 2 cup shredded cheddar cheese.
* 1 whole chopped onion, small.
* Croutons ( I use fried french Onion.).
Direction :
* Combine all ingredients except croutons. Pour into a well greased 3 quart baking dish.
* Cover, bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
* Remove cover, sprinkle with croutons and bake 15 to 20 minutes longer or until bubbly around edges.

* 1 tablespoon butter or margarine.
* 8 ounces sliced mushrooms.
* 1 can cream of mushroom soup.
* 1 clove of garlic, minced.
* 1/4 teaspoon leaf thyme, crumbled.
* 1/8 teaspoon dried rosemary, crumbled.
* 1/3 cup half-and-half.
* Salt and pepper to taste.
* steamed rice.
Preparation:
- In a large covered skillet,brown chicken in butter or margarine; remove to a plate and keep warm.
- Add mushrooms to skillet; saute until golden. Stir in soup, garlic, thyme, and rosemary.Return
chicken to skillet. Cover and cook over low heat 30 - 40 minutes, stirring now and then.

Black Forest
Bahan :
* 8 butir kuning telur.
* 6 butir putih telur.
* 100gr tepung terigu.
* 20 gr maizena.
*40 gr coklat bubuk.
* 1 sdm emulsifier.
* 1 sdt coklat pasta.
* 75 gr margarine + 50 gr butter.
* 175 gr gula pasir.
* 1 sdt rhum.
* 1 sdt baking soda.
500 gr whipped cream, kocok sampai kaku, dinginkan..
1 kaleng cherry hitam.
2 sdm rhum.
Coklat dan cherry merah untuk hiasan.
SIMPLE SYRUP :
50 gr gula pasir.
100 ml air.
1 sdm rhum.
CARA MEMBUAT :
1. Ayak tepung terigu, coklat bubuk,maizena dan baking powder.
2. Kocok gula pasir, telur dan emulsifier sampai mengembang dan kental.
3. Masukkan campuran terigu, aduk rata.
4. Masukkan margarine dan butter cair, aduk rata.
5. Tambahkan rhum dan coklat pasta, aduk rata.
6. Tuang dalam loyang 22 cm, oven 160 derajat C selama 30 menit/ sampai kue matang.Dinginkan.
7. Saring dan pisahkan cherry hitam dari airnya.
8. Masak gula pasir, air didihkan.Dinginkan tambahkan air cherry hitam dan rhum
Penyelesaian :
1.Potong kue menjadi 2/3 bagian.
2. Basahi lapisan pertama dengan simple syrup, lalu tuang sebagian whipped cream beri cherry
hitam diatasnya.
3. Tutup dengan lapisan ke 2, lakukan hal yang sama sampai semua bahan habis.
4. Terakhir tutup semua kue dengan whipped cream, lalu hias dengan cherry merah dan coklat..

* 1/2 cup minyak goreng.
* 1/2 cup susu cair.
* 4 buah pisang ambon yang masak.
* 1 sdt baking powder.
* 1/2 sdt baking soda.
* 1/2 sdt garam.
* 1 sdt essen vanila.
* 2 sdm coklat bubuk/cacao.
* 3 butir telur.
CARA MEMBUAT :
1. Ayak tepung terigu, baking powder dan baking soda, lalu, haluskan pisang ambon dan
campur dengan garam aduk rata, sisihkan.
2. Kocok telur bersama gula hingga mengembang. Setelah adonan mengembang, masukkan
pisang yang telah dihaluskan tadi bersama minyak goreng aduk rata.
3. Setelah itu masukkan tepung terigu sedikit demi sedikit dan masukkan pula susu cair dan
esen vanila, aduk rata dengan menggunakan spatula.
4. Ambil adonan kira-kira 2 sendok makan campurkan dengan coklat bubuk aduk rata, sisihkan.
5. Tuang adonan putih kedalam loyang bulat, tambahkan adonan coklat aduk perlahan dengan
menggunakan garpu.
6. Panaskan oven 170 derajat C, panggang kue selama 60 menit sampai kue matang. Dinginkan.

* 500 gram of pork belly, skin on ( I use pork butt)..
* 1 spanish chorizo, about 90 gram ( I use pollish sausage).
* 2 onions,chopped.
* 4 cloves of garlic.
* 3 to 4 bird's eye chilies.
* 1 can of whole stewed tomatoes.
* 1 can chicken broth.
* 4 spring of fresh oregano..
* 1/2 tsp. of ground cumin.
* 1 can of kidney beans.
* 2 tbps. of olive oil.
* salt, pepper and a bit of sugar.
INSTRUCTION :
1. Cut the pork belly/pork butt into one-inch cubes.
2. Thinly slice the chorizo.
3. Roughly chop the onion, mince the garlic and finely chop the chilies.
4. Strip the oregano leaves from the stems.
5. Heat the olive oil in a pan.Add the pork and sausage silces.Cook until the pork cubes start to
brown along the edges.
6. Add the onions, garlic, chilies, cumin and oregano. Season with salt and pepper. Cook, stirring until
the onions bits start to turn soft.
7. Pour in the stewed tomatoes and broth. Stir, taste. Add a bit more salt and pepper.Bring to
the boil, cover, lower the heat and simmer for an hour.
8. Taste the sauce. Add more salt and pepper, if needed. Add sugar to balance the flavor.
9. Add the kidney beans.

Ingredients :
- 1 12 pound turkey, fresh or thawed frozen.
- 1 large onion, quartered.
- 1/2 butter, softened.
- 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped.
- 1 tablespoon fresh or jarred garlic, minced.
-Salt and pepper
DIRECTIONS :
1. Preheat oven to 325 deg F.
2. Rinse turkey with water and part dry. Remove giblet packet from cavity.
3. Stuff cavity with onion quarters(and extra rosemary springs if desired).
4. Place sheet of aluminium foil into roasting pan, leaving enough on each side to wrap the turkey.
5. Blend butter, rosemary and garlic. Using your fingers,spread mixture on the intire
surface of the turkey. Sprinkle generously with salt and pepper.
6. Wrap turkey loosely with foil (not airtight) and place in oven.
7. Roast for 3-4 hours.Unwrap foil for the last 30-45 minutes of cooking time to crisp the skin.

rest a few minutes before slicing.

Ikan gulung Saus Jamur.
- 750 gr fillet ikan kakp.
- 25 gram mentega untuk menumis.
- 100 gr bawang bombay cincang halus.
-75 gram jamur kancing kaleng, tiriskan cincang.
- 1/2 sendok teh lada/merica bubuk.
- 1 butir telur, kocok lepas.
- 2 Sendok makan tepung panir.
Kaldu:
-250 ml air.
- 1 sendok makan minyak goreng untuk menumis.
- 50 gram bawang bombay, iris melintang tipis.
-1 lembar daun salam.
- 1 batang daun seledri, potong melintang.
-1/2 sendok makan lada hitam butiran.
Saus :
- 2 sendok makan mentega tawar.
- 3 sendok makan tepung terigu,
-300 ml susu cair.
-1/2 sendok teh merica bubuk.
-1/2 sendok teh garam.
-100 gram keju cheddar parut.
Cara Membuat :
1. Potong fillet ikan 15x15x 11/2 cm dengan pisang tajam, lumuri lada, garam hingga rata.
Buat kaldu: Panaskan minyak goreng, tumis bawang bombay, daun salam dan seledri sampai
harum. Masukkan merica bulat dan air, masak diatas api kecil selama 30 menit.Angkat saring,
sisihkan.
2.Adonan Isi :
-Lelehkan mentega, tumis bawang bombay cincang sampai layu.Masukkan jamur, tepung panir, garam
dan merica bubuk, aduk rata angkat,tambahkan telur, aduk rata sisihkan.
3.Ambil 1 potong ikan, beri satu sendok makan adonan isi diatasnya, gulung sambil dipadatkan.
Lakukan sampai habis, atur ikan gulung dalam pinggan tahan panasyang sudah diolesi mentega
(sambungan ikan berada dibawah supaya ikan tidak terbuka waktu dipanggang).
4.Tuang kaldu, kemudian tutup dengan foil.Panggang dalam oven 160 derajatC, selama 25 menit sampai
ikan matang, Angkat.
5.Buat Saus:
- Panaskan mentega, masukkan tepung terigu aduk sampai rata, tuang susu cair, merica dan garam
masak sampai kental. Angkat, masukkan sebagian keju parut aduk rata.
6.Siram saus ke atas ikan, taburi sisa keju parut diatasnya., panggang kembali hingga matang. Angkat.
Cake Pisang.
Banyak pisang sudah matang banget, sudah matang betul ngak ada yang mau makan kalau sudah begitu.
terpaksa deh dibuat kue. Padahal dirumah telur tinggal 2 butir.Terus cara resep cake pisang yang telurnya sedikit, eh ternyata ada juga yang pake satu butir. telur.
Terus aja dibuat., hasil cakenya lembut dan enak lagi ,biarpun cuma pakai satu butir telur..
Bahan :
450 - 500 gr pisang ambon ( 4 bh , pakai pisang yang sudah matang sekali, tapi masih bagus,.3 dihaluskan
dan 1 bh dipotong-potong.)
175 gram gula pasir.(saya pakai 140 gr.)

*Panggang dengan suhu 160-180 derajat C kurang lebih 45 menit atau samapi kue matang.

Bahan :
450 - 500 gr pisang ambon ( 4 bh , pakai pisang yang sudah matang sekali, tapi masih bagus,.3 dihaluskan

Apple Yoghurt Cake
Tapi lupa dari mana dapatnya resep ini.
Bahan Cake :
- 100 gr canola oil.
- 30 gr gula kastor.
-2 btr telur.
-125 gr tepung terigu protein sedang.
-1/2 sdt baking soda.
-1/4 sdt baking powder.
-100 ml yoghurt strawberry.
-2 bh apel merah kuning, kupas, potong tipis dan rendam diair garam sesaat tiriskan.
-50 gr almond/kenari panggang.
Bahan topping:
- 35 gula palem.
- 6 gr gua kastor.
-1/2 sdt bubuk kayumanis.
Cara Membuat :
-Panaskan oven 180 deg C, alasi loyang bulat( loyang brownies) dengan kertas,oles mentega tipis2.
-Kocok telur,gula sampai putih dan mengembang, masukkan terigu, baking soda dan baking powder
aduk sampai tercampur rata,kemudian masukkan yoghurt aduk rata.
-Masukkan canola oil, aduk rata. Tuang 1/2 adonan kedalam loyang susun separuh apel, taburi dengan
campuran gula palem, pasir dan kayumanis.Tuang sisa adonan diatasnya tutup dengan sisa appel dan sisa
bahan taburan topping.
-Taburi atasnya dengan kenari/almond panggang. Panggang 1 jam sampai kue matang.
Banana Chocolate Chiffon Cake
Ingredients :
- 20 gr cocoa powder .
- 60 ml hot water.
- 100 gr banana - mashed/blender smooth.
- 35 gr of cooking oil.
- 85 gr low protein flour ( cake flour ).
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon.
- 1/2 tsp baking powder.
- 75 gr caster sugar ( I use 50 gr)_.
- 5 egg yolks.
- 5 egg whites.
- 75 gr caster sugar( I use 50 gr ).
-1/2 tsp chocolate paste.
Directions :
- Dissolve cocoa powder in hot water, add banana, cooking oil, chocolate paste. Stir well. Set aside.
- Sift flour, cinnamon and baking powder ( i siffed 3 x ), add sugar. Stir well. Pour the cocoa powder
mixutre a little at a time into siffed dry ingrediaents. Add in egg yolks. Stir well. Set aside. ( I whisk
sugar and egg yolks using stand mixer till pale, add in cocoa powder mixture, bananas, oil and chocolate
paste and continue to whisk at low speed...Add batter into siffed dry inmgredients.
Beat egg whites and salt until half inflate. Add sugar a little at a time and continue to whisk till stiff peak.
-Add like 1/3 of egg white into chocolate batter and fold in gentle and lightly.. add the rest of chocolate
batter into egg white and continue to fold in gently.
- Pour into 20 cm diameter ungreased chiffon pan.
- Bake in preheat oven of 170 deg C for 70 minutes.

Green Bean Casserole
Ingredients :
2 can (10 3/4 ounces each) Campbell's Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup.
1 cup milk.
2 teaspoon soy sauce.
1/4 teaspoon groung black pepper.
8 cup cooked cut green beans.
2 2/3 cups French's French Fried Onions.
Directions :
1. Stir the soup, milk, soy sauce, black pepper, green bean and 1 /13 cups onions in a 3-quart casserole.
2. Bake at 350 deg F, for 25 minutes or until the bean mixutre is hot and bubbling.
Stir the bean mixture. Sprinkle with the remaining onions.
3Bake for 5 minutes or until the onions are golden brown.
Spinach and Bacon Quiche
Ingredients :
6 large eggs, beaten.
1 1/2 cups heavy cream.
Salt and pepper
2 cups chopped fresh baby spinach, packed.
1 pound bacon, cooked and crumbled.
1 1/2 cups shredded swiss cheese.
1 ( 9-inch) refrigerated pie crust, fitted to a 9 inch glass pie plate.
Directions :
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F
Combine the eggs, cream, salt and pepper, in a food processor or blander.
Layer the spinach bacon and cheese in the bottom of the pie crust, then pour the egg mixture on top.
Bake for 30 to 40 minutes until the egg mixture is set.

Ingredients :
1 (15- pound) ham.
18 whole cloves.
1 (14 x 20- inch) oven roasting bag.
1. Remove the skin and trim excess fat from ham. Lightly score ham by making diagonal cuts in a crosshatch
pattern. Stud with whole cloves.
2.Place the ham in bag and themometer.
3.Bake at 325 deg F ( 160 deg C) for 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 hours, or until internal temperature registers 125 deg F
( approximately 50 deg C ).
4. Let stand for 15 minutes before slicing.

Sapi Cah Paprika.
Bahan :
200 gr daging sapi has.
1 bh paprika hijau, potong panjang.
1/2 bh bawang bombay, potong panjang.
2 siung bawang putih, cincang halus.
1 sdm arak masak/ ang ciu.
2 sdm kecap asin.
1 sdm tausi.
1/2 sdt merica bubuk.
1 1/2 sdt tepung tapioka/sagu, larutkan dengan sedikit air.
50 cc air.
2 sdm minyak goreng untuk menumis.
Cara Menbuat :
1. Potong daging tipis-tipis, tambahkan sagu dan kecap asin aduk rata,sisihkan.
2. Panaskan minyak goreng masukkan bawang putih, masak hingga harum
tambahkan daging sapi, aduk rata.
3. Jika daging sudah berubah warna tambahkan ang ciu dan merica aduk.
4. Masukkan tausi, paprika dan bawang bombay.
5.Baru masukkan air dan larutan sagu, masak sampai kuah agak mengering
cicipi. Angkat.

Bahan Kulit :
500 gr ketan putih, remdam 1 jam, tiriskan.
1/2 sdt garam.
1 lembar daun pandan.
250 cc santan.
Bahan Isi :
300 gr daging ikan tongkol, panggang sampai matang.
5 bh bawang merah.
1 potong jahe.
4 bh cabai merah.
3 butir kemiri.
2 lbr daun jeruk purut.
1 sdt garam.
1/2 lbr daun pandan, iris halus.
2 bh tomat kecil, potong kecil-kecil.
20 lbr daun kemangi.
300 cc santan.
2 sdt air jeruk nipis.
Cara Membuat:
Kulit : Campur ketan dan garam aduk hingga rata, lalu beri daun pandan dan kukus
sampai setengah matang, angkat.Masukkan santan aduk rata dan kukus
lagi hingga ketan matang, sisihkan.
Isi : Haluskan bawang merah, jahe, cabai merah, kemiri, daun jeruk, dan garam, lalu
tumis bersama dengan daun pandan sampai berbau harum.
Masukkan daging ikan tongkol, tomat, daun kemangi, santan dan air jeruk nipis
masak hingga kering, angkat.
******* Ambil 2-3 sdm ketan, pipihkan, lalu isi dengan bahan isi.
******* Bulatkan, bungkus dengan selembar daun pisang seperti membuat lontong olesi
dengan sedikit minyak goreng.
******* Panggang di atas bara api sampai berbau harum.
Cake Ubi
Bahan :
8 kuning telur.
6 putih telur.
150 gr gula pasir.
200 gr ubi merah/putih kukus, haluskan.
100 gr tepung terigu.
75 ml santan.
50 gr margarine, cairkan.
1 sdm air jeruk lemon.
1 sdt kulit jeruk lemon.
50 gr almonds/kenari, iris tipis.
Cara Membuat :
1. Kocok kuning dan putih telur sampai kaku. Masukkan tepung terigu.
Aduk rata lalu tambahkan ubi. Aduk rata.
2. Tambahkan campuran santan, margarine, air jeruk lemon dan
kulit jeruk. Aduk rata. Masukkan ke loyang yang telah diolesi margarine
dan dialasi kertas lalu taburkan kenari.
3. Panaskan oven 350 derajat F, panggang sampai kue matang.

Shrimp and Chicken Meatballs.
Ingredients :
500 gr ground chicken.
100 gr shrimp, chopped.
3 garlic clove, grind.
1/2 cup onion,chopped.
3 tbsp tapioca starch.
1 egg, beaten.
Mix Together:
1tbsp fish sauce.
1 tbsp sesame oil.
1 tsp salt.
1/2 tsp sugar.
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp ground ginger.
Intructions :
1. Mixed chicken, chopped shrimps, garlic and onion chopped.
2. Add the fish sauce, salt, sugar, black pepper mixture.
3. Add egg, mixture.
4. Add tapioca starch, mixture.
5. Form into balls and fry a few minutes.
6. Transfer to baking pan and baked 400 deg, for 10 - 20 minutes until
golden brown.
7. Serve with steam rice and sweet and sour sauce.
Steamed Soft Banana Cake.
Ingredients 1 :
200 gr mashed banana.
1/8 tsp vanila .
1 tsp baking soda.
a pinch of salt.
Ingredients 2 :
3 small eggs.
100 gr brown sugar.
100 gr pao flour/ hong kong flour/ superfine flour.
1 tsp baking powder.
65 gr corn oil.
Top Layer :
2 Small eggs.
60 gr sugar.
25 gr water.
65 gr pao flour/hongkong flour/superfine flour.
Method :
1. Mix all the ingredients(1) together and set aside.
2. Whisk eggs and sugar together till flurry, add in flour and baking powder and
mix till well combined. Add in mashed bananas mixture and corn oil and
stir till well combined..
3. Pour into a greased and lined loaf pan steam for 15 to 20 minutes till cooked.
4. For topping : Whisk eggs and sugar till fluffy, add in water and flour and
mix till well mixed.
5. Pour on top steamed banana cake and steam again for 15 minutes, or
till cooked.

Irish Pub Meatloaf
Ingredients :
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO) plus some for drizzling.
3 to 4 small ribs celery, finely chopped.
1 onion, finely chopped.
1 carrot, peeled and finely chopped.
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped.
Salt and pepper
About 3/4 cup, half a bottle, stout beer.
4 slices, about an inch thick,good quality white bread,stale or lightly toasted and
torn. And 1 cup whole milk.
1/2 pound deli-cut corned beef brisket, chopped.
1 1/2 pound ground beef.
1 cup grated Irish sharp Cheddar Cheese.
1 tbsp dried mustrad.
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper.
3 tbsps Worcestershire sauce.
2 large eggs, lightly beaten.
3/4 poung good qualty, thinly sliced smoky bacon, get it at your bucther counter.
Preparation :
Preheat Oven to 375 deg. F.
Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment papper.
Heat EVOO, a turn of the pan, in a medium skillet over medium to medium high
heat. Add celery, onion, carrot and garlic season with salt and pepper,
and saute to soften, 10 minutes, stirring frequenltly. Pour in beer and
stir. Let beer reduce by half. Turn off heat and let cool.
Meanwhile, soak the bread in milk and grind the corned beef in a food processor,
pulsing to finely chop. Place corned beef and ground beef in a bowl and
add cheese. Wring out the bread and add it to the meat, crumbling it
into small crumbs over the bowl. Add veggies and beer then season with
salt, pepper, mustrad, cayenne and worcestershire. Add eggs then
mix with your hands to combine.
Form meat into a long brick shape about 4 inches high on the parchment-lined
baking sheet. Wrap bacon slices across the top then around sides of
the loaf. Bake 1 hour in the middle of the oven then switch on broiler
for a few minutes to crisp up that bacon.
Serve with mashed potatos and sauteed cabbage with caraway alongside..

Ayam Kukus.
Bahan :
500 gr daging paha/dada ayam, potong-potong 3 x 6 x 1 1/2 cm.
1 sdm tahu merah, haluskan.
1 sdm tauco, haluskan.
1/2 sdt gula pasir.
garam dan merica bubuk secukupnya.
1 sdt jahe halus.
1 sdt bawang putih halus.
1 sdm tepung sagu.
100 gr kacang polong.
6 lembar aluminium foil ukuran 15 x 15 cm.
Bahan untuk saus:
3 sdm tauco.
1/2 sdm irisan cabe merah.
3 bh cabe rawit, iris bulat.
2 sdm air jeruk nipis.
1 sdt gula halus,cairkan dengan 50 cc air.
Cara Membuat :
1. Lumuri ayam dengan tahu merah, tauco, gula, garam, merica jahe dan
bawang putih, diamkan selama 1 jam hingga bumbu meresap.
2. Ambil selembar aluminium foil, taruh sepotong ayam, taburi tepung sagu.
Taruh kacang polong diatasnya, tutup lagi dengan sepotong ayam
bungkus bentuk permen.
3. Kukus ayam bungkus selama 15 menit, angkat. Tempatkan dalam piring
saji, hidangkan dengan saus tauco dalam tempat terpisah.
4. Buat Saus Tauco :
- Campur semua bahan, aduk hingga rata.
Cake Zebra Putih Telur..
Bahan 1 :
425 ml putih telur ( kurleb 10 bt putih telur ).
175 gr gula pasir.
1/4 sdt garam.
10 gr TBM.
1/2 sdt vanili.
Bahan 2 :
150 gr tepung terigu.
50 gr susu bubuk.
1/2 sdt baking powder.
1 sdm rhum.
50 gr butter, cairkan.
1 sdm coklat pasta.
Cara Membuat :
- Kocok putih telur hingga setengah mengembang, masukkan gula pasir sedikit-
sedikit sambil terus dikocok. Tambahkan garam, TBM, vanili kocok
hingga mengembang dan kental.
- Masukkan tepung terugu, susu bubuk,baking powder sedikit demi sedikit
aduk hingga rata. Tambahkan mentega cair dan rhum aduk perlahan-
lahan hingga rata.
- Ambil setengah bagian adonan, campur dengan coklat pasta.
- Tuang adonan putih dan coklat secara bergantian kedalam loyang bulat
ukuran 22 cm yang telah diolesi mentega dan dialas dengan kertas roti.
- Panaskan kukusan, kukus kue selama 15 menit sampai kue matang.

Cara Membuat :

2. Sayat-sayat badan ikan, lalu beri daun bawang kecil dan jahe. Kukus selama
15 menit, angkat dan buang daun bawang dan jahenya.
3. Buat Saus :
- Panaskan minyak goreng, tumis bawang putih dan bawang bombay hingga
harum. Tuang ang ciu, masukkan tausi, aduk hingga harum.
- Masukkan cabe, paprika,wortel, seledri, garam, merica, gula, kecap asin,
mushroom soy sauce dan air. Masak hingga mendidih, kentalkan dengan
cairan tepung sagu.
4. Tempatkan ikan kukus di piring saji, siram saus diatasnya.

Spiral Stromboli.
Ingredients :
1 tube ( 11 ounces ) refrigerated crusty french loaf.
3/4 to 1 cup shredded part- skim mozzarella cheese.
3/4 to 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese.
1/4 pound each thinly sliced deli salami and ham.
1/4 cup chopped roasted red peppers or 1 jar ( 2 ounces ) pimientos, drained.
1 tablespoon butter, melted
2 to 3 tablespoons shredded Parmesan Cheese.
Directions :
1. Unroll the dough and pat into a 14-in.x 12 -in.rectangle.Sprinkle with mozzarella
and cheddar cheese to with in 1/2 in. of edges; top with meat and red peppers.
Roll up jelly- roll style, strating with a short side; seal seam and tuck ends
under.
2. Place seam side down on an ungreased baking sheet.Brush with butter;
sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 - 25 minutes
or until golden brown. Slice with a serrated knife.
Siomay Bandung..
Bahan Dasar :
500 gr ikan tenggiri giling.
100 gr daging babi giling.
150 gr tepung kanji.
1 bh labu siam,parut peras buang airnya.
2 siung bawang putih haluskan.
1 sdm minyak wijen.
1 sdt garam.
1/2 sdt merica bubuk.
1 butir telur kocok sebentar.
Campur semua bahan aduk jadi satu. sisihkan.
Bahan untuk kulit :
8 buah tahu putih ukuran 5 x 5 x 1 cm.
5 buah kentang ukuran sedang, kupas.
6 lembar kol tipiskan tulangnya.
2 buha pare.
Bahan untuk sambal saus kacang:
100 gr kacang tanah goreng.
50 gr kemiri goreng.
2 siung bawang putih goreng.
5 buah cabe merah, kukus.
1 sdm cuka.
1/2 sdm garam.
2 sdm gula pasir.
100 cc air matang.
Cara membuat siomay :
Tahu dan kentang belah dua, keruk salah satu sisinya, isi dengan
adonan dasar.
Potong pare menjadi 3 atau 4, keruk bagian bijinya, isi dengan adonan
bahan dasar.
Celupkan kol kedalam air mendidih agar layu.Isi dengan adonan dasar
lipat dan gulung.
Sambal Kacang :
Haluskan semua bahan saus , aduk dengan 100 cc air matang.
Sajikan siomay dengan sambal kacang, kecap manis dan jeruk nipis.
Blueberry Cake
Ingredients :
1/2 cup butter.
1/2 cup white sugar.
1/4 teaspoon salt.
1 teaspoon vanila extract.
2 egg yolks.
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour.
1 teaspoon baking powder.
1/3 cup milk.
2 egg white.
1/4 cup white sugar.
1 1/2 cups fresh blueberries.
1 tablespoon all purpose flour.
1 tablespoon white sugar.
Directions :
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F ( 175 degreesC ). Grease and flour an 8 inch
square pan.
2. Cream butter or margarine and 1/2 cup sugar until fluffy. Add salt and vanilla.
Separate eggs and reserve the whites. Add egg yolks to the sugar mixture;
beat until creamy.
3. Combine 1 1/2 cups flour and baking powder; add alternately with milk to egg
yolk mixture. Coat berries with 1 tablespoon flour and add to batter.
4. In a separate bowl, beat white egg until soft peaks form. Add 1/4 cup of sugar
1 tablespoon at a time, and beat until stiff peaks form. Fold egg white into
batter. Pour into prepared pan. Sprinkle top with remaining 1 tablespoon
sugar.
5. Bake for 50 minutes, or until cake tests done.

Cake Pisang Coklat.
Bahan :
200 gr butter dan 1 sdm margarine.
180 gr gula jawa.
200 gr tepung terigu.
6 kuning telur.
2 putih telur.
2 sdm susu bubuk.
1/4 sdt garam. 1 /2 sdt vanili
1/2 sdt baking powder.
3 bh pisang ambon (600 gr) haluskan
100 gr chocolate chip.
kismis, almonds, cheese untuk taburan atas.
Cara membuat :
1.Kocok mentega dan gula jawa sampai putih dan kental.
2. Masukkan kuning telur satu per satu kocok terus sampai putih dan
mengembang.
3. Ayak tepung terigu, susu bubuk dan baking powder.
4.Kocok putih telur sampai putih dan kaku.
5.Masukkan tepung terigu pada kuning telur sedikit-sedikit sampai habis,
lalu pisang dan coklat chip.
6.Baru masukkan putih telur kocok, kocok dengan kecepatan rendah.
7.Panaskan oven 350 derajat F, Olesi mentega pada loyang dan taburi terigu
sedikit, alasi dengan kertas roti ( 181/2 x 18 1/2 x 5 ).
8. Tuang adonan ke loyang, taburi dengan bahan tabur. Panggang 50 menit
sampai kue matang.
Kembang Tahu Masak Kecap.
Bahan :
1 ekor ayam, potong-potong.
4 btr telur rebus.
500 gr baikut/samcan, potong2.
4 bh jamur hioko, rendam air, iris-iris tipis.
20 bh jamur kuping, rendam air.
1 bungkus kembang tahu,rendam air, potong-potong.
1 sdt merica.
3 sdm kecap manis.
1 sdm garam.
1500 ml air.
minyak goreng untuk menumis.
Bumbu halus:
5 siung bawang putih.
10 bh bawang merah.
2 cm jahe.
Cara Membuat :
1. Tumis bumbu halus sampai harum, masukkan ayam, baikut/samcan
dan telur rebus, aduk rata. Tambahkan kecap manis aduk, masuk
kan air masak sampai mendidih.
2. Kemudian masukkan kembang tahu, jamur hioko, jamur kuping masak
sampai kembang tahu agak lunak. Masukkan garam dan merica.
Masak dengan api kecil hingga daging empuk.
3. Sajikan panas dengan taburan bawang putih goreng.

Cup Cake Tape
Bahan :
6 kuning telur.
6 putih telur.
250 gr margarin.
160 gr gula pasir.
180 gr tepung terigu.
300 gr tape singkong haluskan.
30 gr kenari/keju/kismis untuk taburan.
Cara Membuat :
1. Kocok margarine dan gula hingga putih dan mengembang, masukkan
kuning telur satu per satu, kocok terus hingga tercampur dan
lembut.
2. Masukkan tape halus, aduk rata dengan spatula. Lalu masukkan terigu.
3. Kocok putih telur hingga mengembang dan kaku, masukkan kedalam

Bacian
Bahan :
6 bh kentang yang agak besar, kupas potong bulat 1/2 cm.
2 bh tomat,potong 8.
10 bh bawang merah,potong 2

1/2 sdt garam.
150 ml air.
5 sdm kecap manis.
1 sdt kecap asin/soy sauce.

Cara Membuat :
1. Goreng kentang hingga matang, tiriskan.
2. Tumis bawang merah hingga harum, masukkan daging masak sampai
daging matang.
3.Masukkan potongan tomat, garam dan merica masak hingga tomat matang, kemudian masukkan kentang goreng.
4. Tambahkan kecap manis aduk, baru masukkan air masak sampai men-
didih dan kuah agak mengering. Cicipi.
Panada
Bahan Isi :
500 gr ikan tuna kaleng.
60 lbr daun kemangi.
Bumbu haluskan :
7 bh cabe merah.
8 bh bawang merah.
4 siung bawang putih.
1 sdt ketumbar.
2 sdt garam.
1 sdt merica
50 ml santan kara.
7 lbr daun jeruk purut.
3 lbr daun pandan potong 3.
Cara Membuat Isi:
1.Keluarkan ikan tuna dari kaleng, tiriskan suwir2.
2.Panaskan 2 sdm minyak goreng, tumis bumbu halus sampai harum
kecuali daun pandan dan daun jeruk.
3. Masukkan ikan tuna, daun jeruk, daun pandan aduk hingga rata.
4. Beri garam masak hingga matang. Tambahkan santan, daun kemangi aduk
hingga rata. Cicipi kalau sudah pas rasanya. Angkat sisihkan.
Bahan Adonan kulit :
500 gr tepung terigu, ayak.
10 gr ragi/yeast.
1 sdt baking powder.
60 gr gula pasir.
2 sdm susu bubuk.
1/2 sdt garam.
3 btr telur.
150 ml air.
100 gr margarine.
minyak untuk menggoreng.
Cara Membuat :
1. Campur tepung terigu, ragi, baking powder, gula pasir, garam
dan susu bubuk aduk hingga rata.
2. Masukkan telur, dan air aduk rata uleni.
3. Tambahkan margarine, ulani terus hingga kalis.Lalu bentuk menjadi
bulatan besar, diamkan selama 30 menit. Tutup dengan kain
bersih.
4. Setelah menggembang, kempiskan adonan.Timbang adonan 40gr pipihkan
kira-kira 1 1/2 cm, isi dengan bahan isi 1 1/2 sdm. Bentuk seperti
pastel goreng dan diamkan selama 30 menit.
5.Panaskan minyak goreng yang banyak didalam penggorengan yang agak
cekung/dalam.
6.Goreng hingga roti berwarna kecoklatan, angkat dan siap dihidangkan.

Bistik Ayam
Bahan :
3 bh dada ayam, potong melebar jadi 2, pukul-pukul..
1 sdt garam.
1/2 sdt merica bubuk.
1/2 sdt biji pala bubuk.
75 gr tepung panir.
3 butir putih telur.
minyak goreng untuk menggoreng.
Cara Membuat :
* Lumuri dada ayam dengan garam, merica, dan pala diamkan 15 menit.
* Ambil satu potong dada ayam celupkan pada putih telur, lumuri
tepung panir. sisihkan lakukan sampai habis.
* Lalu goreng dengan minyak panas hingga matang dan berwarna
kecoklatan, angkat.
Bahan Saus :
3 sdm margarine.
1 bh bawang bombay, iris2.
150 ml air.
1 sdm kecap inggris.
2 sdm kecap manis.
1 sdm saus tomat.
1 sdt garam.
1/2 sdt merica bubuk.
1 sdm tepung maizena larutkan dengan sedikit air.
3 sdm kacang polong.
Pelengkap : Wortel, buncis rebus dan kentang goreng.
Cara Membuat Saus :
Panaskan margarine, tumis bawang bombay sampai harum, tambah
kan air, kecap inggris, kecap manis, saus tomat merica dan
garam aduk rata didihkan.
Setelah mendidih masukkan larutan maizena, tambahkan kacang
polong masak sebentar, angkat.
* Taruh ayam dalam piring saji tuangkan saus diatasnya, beri
rebusan wortel, buncis dan kentang goreng. Sajikan,
Kung Pao Sayap Ayam
Bahan :
10 bh sayap ayam, potong-potong.
1/2 bh bawang bombay, cincang.
3 siung bawang putih, cincang.
1/2 bh paprika merah, potong dadu.
1/2 bh paprika hiyau, potong dadu.
5 bh cabe merah kering, potong-potong.
1 sdm angciu/arak masak.
3 sdm tausi.
1 sdm hoisin sauce.
2 sdt minyak wiyen.
1/2 sdt merica bubuk.
1 sdt garam.
150 ml air,tambahakan 1 sdm tepung maizena/sagu.
50 gr kacang mede goreng.
minyak untuk menggoreng.
Cara Membuat :
1. Goreng sayap ayam sampai kecoklatan, sisihkan.
2. Panaskan 3 sdm minyak goreng tumis bawang putih dan bawang
bombay sampai harum.
3. Masukkan paprika merah dan paprika hijau serta cabe merah kering
sampai layu.
4. Tambahkan tausi, sayap ayam, angciu aduk rata. Kemudian masuk-
kan hoisin sauce, lada, garam.
5. Kemudian masukkan larutan maizena/sagu, minyak wiyen masak
sambil diaduk hingga mendidih.
6. Angkat, hidangkan taburi kacang mede goreng.
